I'm a strategic creative leader who bridges design, communications, and organizational strategy.

I work with institutions—cultural organizations, universities, foundations—to clarify their vision and make it tangible. My background spans fashion design, technology, and arts institutions, giving me fluency across craft, systems thinking, and institutional complexity.

I design experiences and build frameworks that help organizations communicate clearly, move purposefully, and operate beautifully. Whether it's an intranet system, a brand identity, or an event, I'm solving the same fundamental problem: how do we make something legible, functional, and true to what matters?

I studied fashion design at Accademia Costume & Moda, worked in startups in both San Francisco and Berlin, and returned to Rome with my own consulting business.
